REFUND POLICY:

I do not accept any form of returns or refunds on any product purchased in this online shop. Everything in this online shop is considered handmade, custom pieces. For the sake of hygiene, I am not able to resell a piece that’s possibly been used by a previous customer. 


PLEASE BE ADVISED, I’M NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- How you care for your products. Jewelry gets dirty over time by everyday wear and tear. All plated metals are not solid precious metals and are susceptible to oxidation, meaning they can tarnish over time. You can carefully clean earrings with a damp cloth, however keeping your jewelry in a protected place when not in use, away from sunlight, dust and grease, will keep the fresh look for a very long time, please take care and enjoy! 

- How long your order takes to ship to your destination, nor am I responsible for any customs fee charged upon entry to your country.

- Colors may look slightly different from reality depending on your screen settings, make sure you turn up brightness on your screen.


SHIPPING:

At this time, orders will be shipped out within 5 business days. 

All shipments are standard shipping with UPS or USPS. 

Shipping takes approximately  2-10 days within the US and up to 3 weeks to EU. 

Please contact me for express shipping options but be advised it will come with an additional charge.

Due to COVID-19, shipping time may be delayed. Some countries are not allowing shipments from other countries. If you are effected by this, I will reach out to you with options to cancel your order and get a full refund. 


Please note that you may use PayPal WITHOUT setting up a PayPal account. Just follow the steps at checkout and choose "Pay with PayPal", then, choose "Credit Card Payment", and enter your credit card information.
